Shiping and Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

Shopping online can be tricky! And Space Treasure understands that. Sometimes you may need some time to decide whether you want to hang on to what you’ve bought, or simply return it because it turned out to be different compared to what you had in mind. That’s why we offer you 15 days to decide.

  • Simply, you can conveniently return any unworn/unused item for a credit coupon, within 15 days from the date of delivery. This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 6 months on www.Space Treasure.com.
  • Credit Value will be for the full value of the products returned, excluding any shipping/COD charges.
  • Please note that the item MUST be unworn/unused.

Can everything be returned?

Yes, as long as it doesn’t fall into any of the following categories:

  • As you can imagine, personalized items have been made specifically as per your requirements, which is why they are not eligible for refunds.
  • Personalized items include keychains, rakhis, charms, charm bracelets, necklaces, and rings.
  • This is also applicable to sale items, offer items, and free items unless the product is broken or defective.
  • We advise you not to accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.

Please note: For Cash On Delivery you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery

Breaking it down – the return process:

  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Once the item/s is/are securely packed, connect with a Space Treasure executive to let us know you plan to return the item, so we can expect it!
  • Ship the item to the address mentioned below.
  • Share the tracking details with our Space Treasure executive. In the event we do not receive the package, we will request POD (Proof of Delivery).
  • Please ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box:

Space Treasure, H.no 333, Shanker Marg, GF, Street No 05, Mandawali, Delhi – 110092

  • Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 15 days.
  • Please allow 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed.
  • For any items with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at orders@spacetreasure.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8510025132 with photographs of the damaged piece to schedule a reverse pickup at no additional cost.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once you place your order, the wait can seem endless – we completely understand that. It’s why we work only with well-reputed and trusted courier service providers. This is our way of ensuring that our products not only reach you in the fastest possible time but also, in perfect condition. Here are some relevant details that you need to know about our delivery policies:

  • We offer free delivery only on all orders across India. (For orders under ₹750 there is a small shipping charge)
  • Depending on the location, the products are likely to be delivered to you within 5-12 days of the order placement
  • Depending on the location, all personalized orders will be delivered within 5-12 days of the order placement
  • In case any unforeseen delay occurs, we will be sure to notify you of this as soon as possible
  • To avail of our COD Service, all the items in your cart should be applicable for COD – you will be notified of this on the Product Page
  • The pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, an online payment has to be made.
  • For Cash On Delivery, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. If the product is open, do not accept the order.
  • Once a product is opened it can be returned, if entirely unused – please refer to our return policy for more details about this
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Shipping & Handling

Once you place your Space Treasure order, there’s a lot that happens behind the scenes to make sure that your order reaches you quickly and exactly as you had hoped! We’re going to try and answer some of the questions most frequently asked to us about shipping and handling:

When will my order ship?

  • Orders are usually processed within 2-7 business days (i.e. Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-ordered items, may take longer as they need to be specifically created before shipping. This is our standard shipping policy but in case any unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will be sure to notify you of the same.
  • In case you simply can’t wait to receive your Space Treasure product and need to know exactly when you will receive it, please email us at orders@spacetreasure.in or WhatsApp message us at +91 8510025132, and we’ll try and share this information with you.

Through what carrier do you ship?

  • We only work with well-reputed and trusted courier service providers. This is our way of ensuring that our products not only reach you in the fastest possible time but also, in perfect condition. You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We also provide you with the option of tracking your delivery.
  • Please click here to track your shipment using the tracking number or your order number.

Will I be notified before delivering the shipment?

  • We will send you an e-mail and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We also have a team that is specifically committed to ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. On your behalf, we stay connected to the delivery company to ensure that the product/s reaches you as promised.

International Shipping

  • After receiving significant international demand for our products, we now offer International Shipping through our Courier partners Aramax & DHL to Select locations.
  • We charge a flat Shipping fee of ₹2500 on all International orders, this will be auto-applied at checkout.
  • Shipping time: For orders of nonpersonalised orders it should reach within 15-25 days. For orders containing personalized items, it would be approximately 15-25 days.
